Terms and Conditions for Maggie Mobile Bar Service

  1. Booking and Payment

1.1. Reservation: To secure Maggie, the Piaggio Ape cart for your event, a booking form must be completed, and a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total rental fee must be paid.

1.2. Balance Payment: The remaining balance is due no later than 7 days before the event date.

1.3. Payment Methods: Payments are accepted via bank transfer only.

2. Cancellation Policy

2.1. Cancellation by Client: If the client cancels the booking:

  • More than 30 days before the event: 50% deposit is forfeited.

  • Between 14 and 30 days before the event: 60% of the total rental fee is payable.

  • Less than 14 days before the event: 100% of the total rental fee is payable.

2.2. Cancellation by Us: In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your booking, a full refund will be provided, including the deposit.

3. Usage and Liability

The client must ensure there is suitable access and space (approximately 3m x 2m) for the Piaggio Ape cart at the event location.

3.3. Liability: The client is responsible for any damage to the cart caused by their guests. Any damage will be charged to the client who made and paid for the booking

4. Health and Safety

4.1. Compliance: All beverages served must comply with all local licensing regulations.

5. Additional Services

5.1. Bartending Services: Professional bartending services are available upon request. Please inquire about our packages when booking.

5.2. Customisation: The Piaggio Ape cart can be customised to match your event’s theme or brand.

5.3. Damage to Customisations: Any damage to customisations will be charged to the client. The client is responsible for ensuring guests handle the cart and its customisations with care.

5.4. Approved Suppliers: Only suppliers approved by us can be used for kegs and customisation to ensure quality and compatibility.

6. Promotional Use of Images

6.1. Consent to Photography: By booking the Piaggio Ape cart, the client agrees that we may take photographs and videos of the cart and its setup at the event.

6.2. Usage of Images: We reserve the right to use any images or videos taken of the Piaggio Ape cart for promotional and marketing purposes, including on our website and social media.

6.3. Client’s Privacy: We will not use any images that specifically identify guests without their prior consent.

7. Force Majeure

Unforeseen Circumstances: We are not liable for any failure to provide services due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of terrorism, or governmental restrictions.

8. General Terms

8.1. Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required to secure your booking date, exclusive of other bookings on that day.

8.2. Payment Timeline: Total rental fees and any bond must be paid 7 days prior to the event.

8.4. Overtime Charges: A fee of $200.00 per hour will apply if you exceed the agreed-upon hire time.
